Before dispatch
You can request cancellation of your order before it is shipped by contacting us with your Order ID. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
After dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
Cancellations by us
We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if pricing information was incorrect, or if delivery is not possible to your address. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded.
